Playzmo Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Since Playzmo delivers custom-made playable gift cards, all sales are final once production begins. However, we offer limited refunds under these conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Issues: If the APK file is corrupted or unusable (we’ll fix or replace it first).
  • Undelivered Orders: If you don’t receive the download link within 3 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchases: Accidental double orders (proof required).

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of Mind: After the APK production starts (1–2 days processing).
  • Recipient Didn’t Like It: Subjective preferences aren’t covered.
  • User Errors: Wrong photos/names provided during purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@playzmo.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason + screenshots (if technical issue)
  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.


3. Replacement Policy

We’ll recreate your APK for free if:

  • The file is defective (e.g., won’t install/play).
  • Critical errors (e.g., missing photos/names) that are our fault.

4. No Returns Accepted

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” (no physical items).
  • Unused APK links expire after 30 days.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
  • Contact us first—we’ll resolve issues fairly!
