Playzmo Refund & Return Policy
1. Digital Product Policy
Since Playzmo delivers custom-made playable gift cards, all sales are final once production begins. However, we offer limited refunds under these conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Technical Issues: If the APK file is corrupted or unusable (we’ll fix or replace it first).
- Undelivered Orders: If you don’t receive the download link within 3 business days.
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidental double orders (proof required).
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of Mind: After the APK production starts (1–2 days processing).
- Recipient Didn’t Like It: Subjective preferences aren’t covered.
- User Errors: Wrong photos/names provided during purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@playzmo.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Include:
- Order number
- Reason + screenshots (if technical issue)
- We’ll respond within 48 hours.
Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
3. Replacement Policy
We’ll recreate your APK for free if:
- The file is defective (e.g., won’t install/play).
- Critical errors (e.g., missing photos/names) that are our fault.
4. No Returns Accepted
- Digital products cannot be “returned” (no physical items).
- Unused APK links expire after 30 days.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
- Contact us first—we’ll resolve issues fairly!
